Nurse Practitioner
Alison Fluman, FNP-C, has been a licensed and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017, with extensive experience in occupational medicine and employee wellness. Her clinical background includes urgent care management of acute work-related injuries and illnesses, as well as comprehensive occupational health services, including pre-placement examinations, fit-for-duty evaluations, DOT/19A physicals, and OSHA-related assessments.
In her current role, she focuses on the evaluation and long-term management of chronic workers’ compensation conditions, supporting recovery and safe return-to-work planning. She joined OHCC in 2025 and is committed to providing thorough, patient-centered care that promotes individual well-being and workplace safety.
