We understand that where you work and live has a direct impact on your health. The Occupational & Environmental Clinical Center (OECC) is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic specializing in workplace and environmental health. Our team of experts works to prevent, diagnose, and treat illnesses and injuries related to work or environmental exposures.
With clinic locations in Syracuse and Albany, OECC serves adult patients across 34 counties in Central and Eastern New York.

OECC is part of a network of occupational health clinics throughout New York State. The Occupational Health Clinical Network (OHCN) was established by the New York State Department of Health in 1987 to respond to a need for clinical resources to diagnose, treat, and prevent occupational diseases. Since then, the network and OECC, have been dedicated to protecting worker health and promoting safe work environments.

What Does it Cost?
We accept a wide range of health insurance plans as well as Worker’s Compensation insurance. For patients without insurance or with limited coverage, we offer a sliding fee scale, based on income, ensuring you can receive the care you need without financial stress.
Confidentiality
We assure patient confidentiality. Patient records are accessible only to the patient or to an authorized representative upon written request.
