Social Worker
Carla Wingate, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience providing clinical social work services in an occupational health setting. She conducts biopsychosocial evaluations, provides individual clinical sessions, care coordination, and patient education, including guidance related to the Workers’ Compensation system, to support individuals recovering from workplace injury or illness.
Carla earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Syracuse University and brings over 15 years of experience in the social services field, supporting community members through service coordination, case management, and clinical social work practice. She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to address psychosocial, behavioral health, and system-related barriers impacting recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
