Case Coordinator
With over ten years of experience working with OHCC’s patients, Joanne ensures quality care and services are being provided in alignment with each patient’s individualized care plan. She is responsible for facilitating patient care by managing, coordinating, and monitoring resources to achieve optimum clinical outcomes. She also manages continuous quality improvements to promote optimal patient care. Joanne has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Broome Community College (1995).
